1. Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms used in these terms and conditions carry the meanings given below:

• "Platform" means bajl's website, mobile application and all associated digital services.
• "Member" means any individual registered with bajl who operates an active account.
• "Terms" means this entire document and any amendments published from time to time.
• "Services" means all services provided by bajl, including sports betting, casino gaming, live casino, fishing games and other gaming options.
• "Taka" or "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka.
• "Bonus Funds" means the bonus amount credited to a member's account, which cannot be withdrawn until the specified wagering requirements are met.
• "Net Loss" means the amount remaining after deducting a member's total winnings from their total deposits over a given period.

"bajl", "we" or "Platform" as used in these terms all refer to the same entity.

2. Membership and Registration

2.1 Eligibility

To open an account with bajl, an applicant must meet all of the following conditions:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be eligible to participate in online gaming or betting activities under the laws of Bangladesh.
• Must register under their own name — accounts may not be opened on behalf of another person or in a company name.
• Must not have had a previous bajl account closed or suspended.

2.2 Registration Process

Members must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. If an account is registered with incorrect or false information, bajl may cancel that account at any time and the associated balance may be forfeited.

Each member may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all of them will be closed and the funds held in those accounts may be forfeited.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

3. Account Use and Security

3.1 Protecting Login Credentials

The member is solely responsible for keeping their username and password secure. Sharing login credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited. If there is any suspicion of credential theft or unauthorised access, bajl's support team must be notified immediately.

3.2 Account Responsibility

Any transaction or bet made from a member's account will be considered the member's own, unless it can be proven that it resulted from unauthorised access and the member reported it promptly.

3.3 Single User

The account is for use by the registered member only. No one else — including family members — may be allowed to play using that account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

Accepted deposit methods at bajl are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method. Members must use a mobile wallet registered in their own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The same methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.

4.3 Withdrawal Prerequisites

Before submitting a withdrawal request, the member must confirm that:

• Account identity verification has been completed.
• The required wagering conditions for any bonus funds have been met.
• The amount being withdrawn is taken from the real money balance only.

If a withdrawal request is made without meeting the wagering requirements, bajl may reject that request and cancel the associated bonus funds.

4.4 Suspicious Transactions

If a transaction appears suspicious or may involve a violation of anti-money laundering regulations, bajl may place that transaction on hold and investigate.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200; a wager of ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 must then be completed.

5.2 Other Promotions

bajl offers various promotions from time to time, including:

• bajl Weekly Deposit Festival: 50% bonus on deposits, up to ৳10,000; 20x wagering; minimum deposit ৳500.
• bajl Slot Bonus: 30% bonus on deposits, up to ৳8,000; 25x wagering; applicable to slot games only.
• bajl Cricket Reward: 40% bonus on deposits, up to ৳12,000; 18x wagering; for cricket bets placed on weekends.
• bajl Birthday Special: up to ৳2,000; 10x wagering; once per year during the member's birthday month.
• bajl Refer a Friend Reward: up to ৳3,000; 12x wagering; earned when a referred new member makes their first deposit.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions:

• bajl reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there is any suspicion of bonus abuse or fraud.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn unless wagering requirements have been met.
• More than one bonus cannot be active at the same time, unless the terms of a specific promotion expressly permit it.
• bajl's promotional offers are subject to change and may be cancelled or revised at any time.

6. Gaming Policy

6.1 Game Results

All game results on bajl's platform are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) or certified live dealer technology. Game results cannot be predetermined or influenced.

6.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set for each game or market and are displayed on the game page. bajl reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a game result is affected by a technical error or disconnection, bajl may cancel that round and refund the bet amount. However, bajl will not be held responsible if a member's bet is cancelled due to an internet disconnection on the member's side.

6.4 Sports Betting

For sports betting, bets placed after a market has closed will not be accepted. If a match is cancelled, the bet amount will be returned to the member's account. In-play betting is governed by separate rules and depends on real-time odds.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bajl's platform:

• Playing games or placing bets using automated software, bots or artificial intelligence.
• Using other members' accounts or colluding with them to abuse bonuses.
• Placing strategically opposing bets to exploit bonuses (bonus arbitrage).
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening or behaving inappropriately towards other members or bajl staff.
• Copying or redistributing bajl's intellectual property or content without permission.

Any member found engaging in the above prohibited activities will have their account cancelled, and legal action may be taken where applicable.

8. Limitation of Liability

bajl provides its services with reasonable care; however, bajl will not be held responsible in the following situations:

• Issues arising from the member's own internet connection.
• Delays or losses caused by third-party software or payment gateways.
• Losses resulting from the member's own negligence or failure to keep account credentials secure.
• Unexpected technical or system failures beyond bajl's control.
• Any financial loss incurred by the member through participation in games or betting.

bajl never guarantees any game outcome or profit from betting. Gaming and betting carry inherent financial risk.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

In brief, bajl uses data for the following purposes:

• Account management and identity verification.
• Transaction processing and fraud prevention.
• Platform improvement and personalisation.
• Compliance with applicable laws.

bajl does not sell members' personal data to third parties.

10. Responsible Gaming Policy

bajl views gaming as a form of entertainment and encourages members to play responsibly. Uncontrolled gambling can be harmful to individuals and their families. bajl never advises betting to recover losses or repay debts.

11. Policy on Changes to Terms

bajl reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified through the platform or at their registered email address.

If a member continues to use the platform after changes take effect, they will be considered to have accepted the new terms. If a member disagrees with the terms, they may stop using the platform and close their account.

12. Account Closure and Suspension

12.1 Closure by bajl

bajl may suspend or permanently close a member's account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms.
• Attempted fraud or deception.
• Suspicion of money laundering.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
• If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person.

12.2 Closure by the Member

If a member wishes to close their account themselves, they may contact bajl's support team. Any pending withdrawals must be completed before submitting an account closure request.

13. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, it must first be addressed through bajl's customer support team. The support team will review the issue and attempt to resolve it within a reasonable time.

If a member is not satisfied with bajl's decision, they may independently use any applicable alternative dispute resolution method.

The laws of Bangladesh shall apply to the interpretation and enforcement of these terms.
